Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or travel service providers. Fareease Travels only facilitates the refund process and does not determine refund eligibility.

Any cancellation charges or penalties imposed by the service provider shall be deducted from the refundable amount. Service fees, convenience charges, and payment gateway charges collected by Fareease Travels are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Eligible refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Refund initiation typically occurs within 7–14 working days after receipt of the refunded amount from the service provider.
  • The final credit timeline depends on the customer’s bank, payment instrument, and Razorpay’s processing cycle.

Failed Transactions

In case of a failed payment where the amount is debited but the booking is not confirmed, the refund shall be processed automatically by the payment gateway or through Fareease Travels within 5–7 working days, subject to bank timelines.

Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback raised with the bank or payment gateway, Fareease Travels reserves the right to share relevant booking, transaction, and communication details with Razorpay and financial institutions for dispute resolution.

Users are strongly encouraged to contact Fareease Travels directly before initiating a chargeback to enable faster resolution.
