Role of Fareease Travels

Fareease Travels acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators. Fareease Travels does not own, operate, or control these providers and shall not be responsible for their services, delays, cancellations, deficiencies, or failures.

Payments & Pricing

All payments made on Fareease Travels are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways such as Razorpay. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change until the payment is successfully completed and the booking is confirmed by the respective service provider.

Fareease Travels shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, technical issues, network disruptions, or insufficient funds in the customer’s account.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for providing accurate booking, personal, and payment-related information. Fareease Travels shall not be liable for failed bookings, losses, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the user.

Force Majeure

Fareease Travels shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, losses, damages, or service disruptions arising due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms.
